Refund policy

CATALOGUES

  • Toyworld stores are independently owned and operated businesses.
  • Products are included in a catalogue in good faith in the reasonable expectation that they will be available for the duration of the relevant promotion.
  • Not all products will be available at all stores and products will only be available at the advertised price for the duration of the relevant promotion unless sold out.
  • Each store reserves the right to limit purchases to reasonable retail quantities.
  • Styles, specifications, sizes, colours, and prices may vary from store to store.
  • Advertised savings, discounts or “was” prices relate to recommended retail prices (RRP). Stores have no obligation to comply with the RRP and therefore advertised savings or discounts may differ from actual savings or discounts. Advertised savings or discounts exclude products already on sale and stock clearance lines.
  • Unless otherwise specified, display accessories shown are not included. Some items may require assembly.
  • Although all care is taken in ensuring that the content of each catalogue is complete and accurate in all respects, no responsibility is taken for errors or omissions.

Returns & Exchanges

CHANGE OF MIND

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, ToyWauchope will offer you an exchange or credit note provided that:

  • You return the item within 14 days of purchase and produce the corresponding ToyWauchope invoice from time of purchase
  • The item is in re-saleable condition and:

o             It is in its original packaging, including any instruction manuals and all accessories.

o             It is unworn, unopened, unused and in its original condition

If these requirements are not satisfied ToyWauchope reserves the right to refuse an exchange, refund or credit note for change of mind returns.

FAULTY GOODS

If the goods are faulty, we will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC. For more information please visit, accc.gov.au/consumers.

 

ToyWauchope will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange, credit note, refund, or repair where:

  • The product is not of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; and
  • You produce your original Toyworld Wauchope invoice at the time you returned the item
